More Than a Plan.
A Personalized System Built for Real Life.
TIGRA wasn’t built around one type of client, one lifestyle, or one rigid approach—because women’s lives and health are far more complex than that.
The women we support are navigating demanding careers, family responsibilities, frequent travel, changing bodies, performance goals, health challenges, and everything in between. They need more than another meal plan or workout template. They need a complete system designed around who they are and how they actually live.
Our backgrounds and lifestyles give us two distinct perspectives, but we share the same standard: understand the whole person, simplify what feels overwhelming, and build a personalized strategy that creates meaningful, sustainable change.
Meet Tigra
Julia Purcell
Co-Founder | Head of Operations & Client Experience
Julia is the heart of the TIGRA client experience. She ensures that every woman who works with us feels welcomed, understood, supported, and clear about what comes next.
As someone who balances family, work, travel, and the demands of everyday life, Julia understands how quickly personal health can fall to the bottom of the list. She brings that real-world perspective into every part of TIGRA, helping us create programs that feel organized, approachable, and possible to follow.
From the first conversation through every stage of the client journey, Julia focuses on thoughtful communication, meaningful connection, and the details that make personalized support feel truly personal.
Her goal is simple: to make sure every client feels seen, supported, and equipped to succeed within the reality of her own life.
